This website is operated by LasVegasVP ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing lasvegasvp.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Nature of the content
This site exists for entertainment. Streams, replays, and commentary document real gambling sessions; nothing here is advice, a strategy, or a suggestion that gambling is a way to make money. It isn't. Outcomes shown on stream are real and include losses - plenty of them.

3. Affiliate links and paid partnerships
Some links on this site involve a material connection. VP's Picks uses Amazon Associates links: as an Amazon Associate, LasVegasVP earns from qualifying purchases, at no additional cost to you. On the Sponsors page, the social casino partners pay LasVegasVP a flat monthly fee (we do not earn per click or per sign-up), and URComped pays a small commission based on play tracked through its link. None of this changes what any offer costs you.
Sponsor and partner sites (including social casino platforms) are operated by third parties under their own terms, eligibility rules, and age restrictions. We are not responsible for their services, offers, or availability in your jurisdiction.
4. Purchases
Merchandise is sold and fulfilled by our store provider at merch.lasvegasvp.com under its own terms of sale. Amazon products are sold by Amazon or its sellers. We are not the seller of record for any product linked from this site.
5. NFT collection
The VP Bunny NFT collection and vault operate at nft.lasvegasvp.com and are governed by their own Terms and Conditions. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice regarding digital collectibles.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and original video content are the property of LasVegasVP or used with permission. Product names, logos, and marks of third parties belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.
7. No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LasVegasVP is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, reliance on its content, or dealings with any linked third party.

1. The short version
This is a static website. It has no accounts, no login, no comment box, and no form that asks for your information. We do not set tracking cookies and we do not sell data - we don't collect any to sell.
2. What we don't collect
We do not collect names, emails, payment details, or profiles of visitors. Standard web-server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) may exist transiently at our hosting provider for security and debugging, as with virtually every website.
3. Third-party services on this site
Some content is loaded from or links to third parties who have their own privacy policies:
- YouTube - replay videos play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) embed. YouTube may still receive data when you play a video.
- Google Fonts - typefaces are served by Google; your browser requests them from Google's servers.
- Twitch status - the live badge checks stream status via a public API (decapi.me); no personal data is sent beyond the standard request.
- Outbound links - Amazon, our merch store, sponsor sites (Chanced, Punt, URComped), social platforms, and the NFT site each operate under their own privacy policies once you leave this site. Affiliate links tell those sites you arrived from us.
4. The NFT site
The VP Bunny vault at nft.lasvegasvp.com interacts with crypto wallets and has its own terms; wallet addresses you connect there are visible on the public blockchain by design.
5. Children
This site's content concerns gambling and is not directed at anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from minors - or, as noted above, from anyone.
